The company cooperates with Korea Pine Cone Research Institute and Italy ViewSonic Design Company to carry out research and development of new material building modular technology and industrial application. Taking advantage of the low price and good performance of composite materials, the design concepts of RV (house on land) and yacht (house on water) are used to jointly create a new composite material modular building. Using integrated technology, electrical wiring, pipes, exhaust, multimedia systems, etc. are formed in the new material wall at one time without secondary decoration, reducing construction costs and working hours, improving efficiency, and creating a green that integrates new material technology and advanced technology building.

Project progress

■ Cooperation method and content: Italian ViewSonic design company conducts a new modular building design according to market demand; South Korea Pinecone Research Institute conducts intelligent and modular building production technology research and development according to the design model; Jinsongguo New Material Technology Co., Ltd. according to production Process and design models for mold development, mass production and sales of products, and the three parties cooperate to create new buildings in the future.

■ Project progress: The new material modular building jointly researched and developed has completed the prototype room manufacturing, and the project equipment has been designed in South Korea and part of the pre-model room manufacturing tooling production has been completed. All equipment is expected to enter the site for installation and commissioning in October.

As of now, the orders that Golden Pine Cone needs to complete in 2020 are 7254 sets of modular buildings in Africa, with a total value of 59.85 million U.S. dollars (about 400 million yuan), and 10,000 sets of orders in Pakistan, with a total amount of about 82.5 million U.S. dollars (about 577 million yuan). ).

At present, the company has become a member of the International Standards Committee, and its products comply with EU and International Standards Committee standards. According to the samples that have been produced, the minimum price of Golden Pine Cone products will be less than US$200/square (including all decorations). Through technological innovation, Golden Pine Cone's market has entered the "unmanned competition zone".
