Korean technical personnel arrive at the factory site, and the Jinsongguo equipment begins installation and commissioning.
2020-12-15
At 7:30 p.m. on December 14, with strong assistance from the provincial and municipal foreign affairs offices, the Yucheng Municipal Health Commission, the epidemic prevention office, the transportation bureau, and other relevant authorities, more than 30 South Korean technical personnel involved in the installation and commissioning of the Jin Songguo production line entered China via Yantai Airport. After completing all the required epidemic prevention tests mandated by the national authorities, they traveled diligently to reach the Jin Songguo plant located in the New Energy Equipment Industrial Park.

The production line for the Jinsongguo New Materials Modular Construction Project was independently developed by the Jinsongguo team in collaboration with Songguo Korea, and is jointly manufactured by several overseas equipment processing companies. It is the world’s first intelligent, CNC-controlled production line for new-material modular construction equipment. Currently, the equipment has been applied for dozens of global patents.
Early on December 15, the installation and commissioning team had already begun their intensive and busy work within the fully enclosed Jinsongguo factory premises. It is expected that the installation and commissioning of production equipment, as well as trial production, will be completed around the Spring Festival.

In the winter of 2020, the global pandemic surged again and again. Under intense pressure to control the epidemic, the Jin Songguo project’s equipment was imported on schedule, and the foreign technical team entered the country as planned. Behind this seamless handover lies countless unsung efforts: the foreign affairs offices of provinces and cities that worked through the night to approve “fast-track” procedures; the health commissions and epidemic prevention offices that refined the prevention plans time after time; the Dezhou Customs, which handled over 40 containers for a single production line and repeatedly corrected import codes; the transportation bureau leaders who ensured the safe arrival of personnel by keeping highways open despite snowstorms and long stretches of road; and the “project managers” and their teams, who every day rushed around the factory site to guarantee heating, power supply, and logistical support... Once again, the Jin Songguo project has vividly and concretely demonstrated China’s practical commitment to “maintaining strict epidemic prevention measures without letting up, while firmly safeguarding economic stability.”
