Recently, Korea Institute of Construction Technology issued the 2021 Enterprise-supported Research Project Document.The new material modular building project technology, which is jointly developed by G-SONGUO and its collaborator,SONGUO MOTORS CO., LTD. has been listed as a national project subject in South Korea.

The subject of this project is "Research and develop composite structural modular-type houses in Pakistan, to improve earthquake resistance and residential performance", the government will support SONGUO and its partner G-SONGUO's continuous research and development and technological iteration in this field. The research period of the subject will last for two years. The government provides relevant support including funds.

As the core of new material modular building, G-SONGUO modular building pilot project will be completed this year in Seoul, South Korea. Based on the construction of the pilot area, the national project of this subject will inject new impetus into the development of joint projects.
