Recently, the first new material modular building model house in The New Energy Equipment Industrial Complex of Dezhou High-tech Zone was completed.

The sample house is KR2 model for the Seoul demonstration zone in Korea. So far, KR3 model has been completed as well.

In July 2019, G-Songuo finished the construction of its first 85㎡ sample house in Seoul. In March 2020, the first 30㎡ one-bedroom sample house was completed in South America. At the beginning of 2021, at the China-Pakistan Friendship center in Islamabad, the first 170㎡ two-floor sample house for the cooperation project with the Prime Minister’s Office Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority was completed.
Let science and technology warm life, redefine architecture with new materials, new technology, new process, is the purpose of G-Songuo new material modular building project. Since its inception, the project has been committed to building more and more livable new buildings with higher efficiency, lower cost and better quality. The Seoul Demonstration Zone in South Korea is one of the phased achievements of G-Songuo.
