New material modular building model house exported and shipped.

On January 7, after multiple rounds of assembly verification at the Dezhou factory, the model house for the Jinsongguo New Materials Modular Building Project was packed and prepared for export.

In October 2025, a team of experts from the housing ministries of Southeast Asian countries visited Jinsongguo to discuss issues related to improving local residents' housing conditions and providing affordable housing for low-income populations. During their on-site visit, they examined the advantages of new-material modular buildings in terms of factory-scale production, modular “building-block” assembly, and cost-effectiveness. Both sides reached an agreement on cooperation.

Currently, the country still widely relies on traditional building materials, which suffer from such issues as insufficient seismic resistance, long construction periods, poor waterproofing performance, and construction waste that negatively impacts the surrounding environment. In contrast, the new modular building system featuring Jin Songguo’s integrated composite panels boasts significant advantages in terms of seismic performance, rapid construction, standardized quality, and zero construction waste generation. The installation and construction efficiency of this system is nearly 30 times faster than that of conventional construction methods.

According to the cooperation agreement, Jinsongguo will continue to develop and supply a variety of housing options that meet local diversified needs, build more high-quality, livable new buildings, and satisfy the housing requirements of different income groups, thereby benefiting the public.
