The first domestic sample building of G-Songuo new material modular housing project, which has landed in the new energy equipment industrial complex of Dezhou High-tech Zone, is under construction and expected to be completed after the holiday of National Day.

This is a single-family two-floor building with an area of 170m2, which is one of the KR2 products that manufactured by G-Songuo for the Seoul demonstration zone.

In July 2019, G-Songuo completed the construction of its first 85m2 sample house in Seoul. In March 2020, the first 30m2 one-bedroom sample house in South America was completed. In early 2021, the first two-story sample house of 170m2 was built in Pakistan-China Friendship Center, Islamabad under the Cooperation project of NAYA Housing and Development Bureau, Prime Minister's Office of Pakistan. At present, the South American model house of 44m2 designed according to the order is under construction.
