The first model home of Jinsongguo in China is now under construction.

In July 2019, Jinsongguo completed the construction of its first 85-square-meter model home in Seoul. In March 2020, it finished building the first 30-square-meter one-bedroom model home in South America. At the beginning of 2021, a two-story, 170-square-meter model home—the first national housing project under the collaboration between Pakistan’s NAYA Housing and Development Authority and the China-Pakistan Friendship Center in Islamabad—was successfully completed. Currently, a 44-square-meter model home for South America, designed according to customer orders, is under construction.
