The first model home at the Jinsongguo Texas campus has been completed and is now ready for occupancy.

Recently, the first demonstration model of a new-material modular building within the New Energy Equipment Industrial Park in the Dezhou High-tech Zone has been completed and put into use.

This model home is the KR2 model produced by Jinsonggu for the demonstration zone in Seoul, South Korea. Currently, the KR3 model for this project has also been completed.

In July 2019, Jinsongguo completed the construction of its first 85-square-meter model home in Seoul. In March 2020, it finished the construction of its first 30-square-meter one-bedroom model home in South America. In early 2021, at the China-Pakistan Friendship Center in Islamabad, Jinsongguo commenced construction of the first two-story, 170-square-meter model home under a collaborative project with Pakistan’s NAYA Housing and Development Authority, in partnership with the Prime Minister’s Office.
The mission of the Jinsongguo New Materials Modular Building Project is to infuse technology into our daily lives and redefine architecture through new materials, new technologies, and innovative construction processes. Since its inception, the project has been committed to building more livable, new structures with greater efficiency, lower costs, and superior quality. The demonstration zone in Seoul, South Korea, represents one of Jinsongguo’s milestone achievements.
